On street parking is available around the store on both South Avenue and Walnut Street. 2 hour parking Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.
An additional 30 spot parking lot is provided behind the Farm Stop building for $5, but you will receive a $5 credit to offset the price if you spend $25 or more inside the store!

Have you ever wished your grocery store was more like a farmers market? Ozarks Farm Stop is bringing the best of both worlds together in downtown Springfield MO! With fresh, local produce, and the convenience of a grocery store, you no longer have to wait until Saturday morning to shop with your favorite vendors. The innovative concept provides a unique retail experience that supports local farmers, artisans, and food producers while offering customers an accessible and sustainable way to enjoy fresh, healthy food.
Located in the heart of downtown Springfield, Ozarks Farm Stop offers a wide variety of locally-grown fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, and artisanal products. The space also features a shared-use commercial kitchen, designed to help food producers process their goods, with opportunities for collaboration and education.

Support Local Agriculture
Ozarks Farm Stop operates on a consignment model, allowing local vendors to showcase their goods while maintaining a greater share of their sales revenue. With this model, farmers receive 70%+ of their sales, versus 15%-20% in conventional stores. With a strong emphasis on community engagement and sustainability, the Farm Stop serves as an essential hub for local agriculture, providing an outlet for small family farms and food makers to connect directly with customers.

In July 2013, Farmers Market of the Ozarks became the first farmers market in the region to be housed in a year-round pavilion. Each Saturday, FMO provides vendors from a 150-mile radius of Springfield, MO. the opportunity to bring the best from the country to the city. Additionally, consumers have the ability to “Put a Face to Their Food” each week with a visit to the market.
Forget to pick something up on Saturday? That is where Ozarks Farm Stop steps in! During the rest of the week, Ozarks Farm Stop serves as a convenient location where customers can easily pick up fresh, local products that they may have forgotten during the Farmers Market.

Karissa is the Executive Director of Farmers Market of the Ozarks (FMO) and President of the Missouri Farmers Market Association (MFMA). With a background in experiential education, culture, and the arts, Karissa’s work brings together local roots, regional connections, and global inspiration. This unique combination sparked the creation of the Ozarks Farm Stop—an innovative space designed to support agriculture, foster community, and ignite entrepreneurial growth. OFS is where small-scale farmers and consumers come together and grow.

After years serving in combat zones, Sam traded boots and body armor for soil and seeds. What started as therapy turned into a passion — and then a purpose. Today, Sam is the Sales and Marketing Manager for Ozarks Farm Stop. Each crop grown and every handshake shared is a reminder that healing comes in many forms — sometimes, it's in the dirt under your nails and the joy of feeding your neighbors.
